Hey, I'm Trista. I'm 23 years old.
I love writing, photography, scrapbooking, and--of course, listening to music (3eb!).
I recently graduated college with an English degree and a writing concentration.
I have an amazing fiance who's also my best friend.
I also have a Weimaraner (Mikah) and two cats (Dublin and Lupin).
I'm a big fan of summertime and canned green beans.
The best way to eat chicken fried rice is out of the fridge the next day.
I said I'd never fly in a plane, but I did in October.. then I jumped out of it.
I believe the key to life is constantly re-creating your purpose.
I'm definitely a night person.
I still think Pet Sematary is the scariest movie of all time.
Campfires are better than (mostly) everything.
Sunsets are up there too.
I think Halloween is the greatest holiday ever created.
Christmas is overrated.
I love cherry-flavored everything.. except cough drops.
If there's one thing missing in my life, it's a video camera.
Thesauruses make me happy.
I love documentaries about the universe and evolution.
Steelers football is my religion.
Oh, and costume parties.. they're the best.
I like people who are witty, sarcastic, and cynical.
I'd like to say I'm all of the above.
I love laying on a blanket outside and looking at the stars.
It makes me feel small but incredible.
It makes me sad that most people don't appreciate nature.
I will not eat wings, steak, or seafood.
Or water chestnuts.
I love swimming and rollerblading.
I'm extremely phobic of small spaces and worms.
I have nine piercings.
My favorites are my nose hoops (side by side).
Green and burgundy together make me happy.
I'm usually wearing crazy knee-high socks.
Because they look cool and because I'm usually cold.
Oh, and I think if everyone wrote at least a little every day, the world would be a better place.

i'm being crafty and artistic. started working on my xmas gifts. trying to make most of mine this year. ah, i love making them. so much more personal. but time consuming. i miss being in an art room and having free unlimited access to supplies. but the trick of being crafty is working with what you've got. and i willingly spend my hours on these projects for the people...
