truths i've learned thus far:

there's no such thing as evil,
just unconditional greed.
nudity trumps any alternative.
wet hair always feels clean,
especially when the windows are rolled down.
sweet old men are just dirty little boys
with wrinkles.
no one ever really grows up.
a peace sign is better than the middle finger,
especially when combatting road rage.
to be aware that there is no such thing as "enough,"
especially when it comes to money, love, and power,
is the only chance you've got at feeling like you have enough.
the goal is just the motive:
the journey is the point.
sound is the most mind-altering sense,
smell, the most nostalgic.
herbal tea, apple cider vinegar, and sex are the best things for the body.
processed food, the worst.
regardless of the outside world,
emotions are always individual choices.
whenever possible,
it's better to choose to be happy.
life is often a series of inconveniences.
whenever possible,
it's better to just laugh about them.
besides an organ match,
there's no significant difference between blood and water.
the vast majority of people are genuinely cool,
the ones that don't seem so are likely having a bad day.
so be nice...to everyone.


i'm here for the same reason you're all here. i've found something in third eye blind's music that brought about a realization of truth. i've stumbled across, merged into, and fell in love with this band several times throughout my pre-teen, teen, and adult life (all three years of it!).
