It is 31 degrees outside and currently snowing. Just wanted to express my outrage over that. Isn't it spring already? Chicago seems to have missed the memo...
Not only is it snowing, it was also raining/hailing really bad and of course the wind was murderous. I ventured out to the beach last night with my best friend, I'm pretty sure we're both going to die from pneumonia now. But the waves were so beautiful as they crashed onto the dock and off the rocks. I would have taken a picture to share with you all but my silly camera ran out of batteries.
I want sunshine again. Or at least weather that isn't out to kill me. Mother Nature hates Chicagoans. Its been a really long winter, man.

That really bites. I hope the weather gets better for you. The weather here in Arkansas is on and off. One second it's spring, the next it's winter.
It snowed by me as well last week. A big change after my Spring break in Florida, and an unwelcome one at that, as you can probably guess from my blog about it.
Like you said, snow is pretty to look at. But for me, nothing more . . .
Spring needs to win this battle quick.
Oh I'm sorry about getting your hopes up. Soon, I promise. =)
Mephistopheles (or can I just call you Satan?)- I'm glad too.
I agree: this winter needs to end! I feel like I'm stuck in a spiral. I need a change--wait, I better quantify that--I need a lasting change (like, oh, I don't know, maybe a change of seasons?).
This is just messing me up psychologically, and I don't even want to know what the plants and birds are thinking. They must be totally screwed up by now!

PS- When I first saw that you had written an entry, I got really excited. And then I realized it wasn't quite what I was hoping for. Still waiting... :-P
She hates the people of Fargo even more.
I too am ready for spring. Seattle is already too monochrome as it is.
I'm glad you didn't die on rocks. That is important.
